The off-road parking was a huge plus for me. It made it so convenient to arrive at the property and have the parking right by the door. The owner was also very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in. The flat itself was tastefully furnished and clean. The well-equipped kitchen had everything I needed, except for a microwave. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a good night's sleep. The location was great, with shops and convenience stores nearby, and central Canterbury within easy walking distance. The dedicated off-street parking spot was a luxury. The host was responsive and quickly fixed a small issue with the hot water heater.
There was no TV in the flat, which I didn't mind too much since there was excellent internet and I could use my laptop. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on operating the cooker.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with free parking adjacent to the property. There were also various shops and supermarkets nearby, such as Aldi and Morrisons, which made it easy to get supplies for your stay. the hotel was within walking distance to the Canterbury Cathedral, which was a major attraction in the area.
The bed in the room was quite creaky, which could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

Convenient Location and Friendly Service
We stayed in an apartment with a bathroom here. It was cozy and just a stone's throw away from the railway station, which was super convenient. The breakfast at the bar was a nice touch, and we got to chat with the owner, who gave us some great tips. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 😊

Great location for exploring the city and coastal area. Spotless and well-equipped apartment with a well-stocked kitchen. Off-road parking was a huge plus.
Creaky and slightly uncomfortable bed. Uncomfortable pillows that could use a change.

The value for money was fantastic and the room was really nice. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and the staff treated us really well.
Breakfast offerings could have been better with more variety.

Lovely, clean, large room with shared kitchen area and bathroom. All very nicely decorated too. I was out for large parts of the days visiting the Open at Sandwich, and so only used the apartment as a base to sleep in. It was exactly what I needed for my 3 night stay in Canterbury. Dom himself was very polite and helpful and he was keen to make sure that I had any information on the city that would help make my stay enjoyable. It was a lovely place to stay and excellent value for money. Thanks Dom!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment is incredibly spacious and modern, yet still has that charming, homely feel. It's located in a wonderfully quiet area, yet just a short walk from the city centre. The bed is SUPER comfy and the kitchen is jaw-droppingly big and convenient, with all the cooking supplies you could need. Dom, the host, is incredibly helpful and always responded quickly. Absolutely recommend!

The location of this place was absolutely perfect! It was just a short walk to the city center, so we were able to explore all the shops and restaurants easily. The flat itself was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and the well-stocked kitchen was a bonus. We had everything we needed to cook meals during our Christmas stay.
One thing that could have been better was the pillows. They were a bit uncomfortable, and it would have been nice to have more comfortable ones for a good night's sleep.

Also, the towels were a nice touch, I felt pampered.
Oh, what a shame, no London helicopter service to take me directly to the apartment. So inconvenient.
